Bit masks for mie_jvs_callback() and native switch fields
For player inputs, use MIE_JVS_*_BIT with MIE_JVS_IN_P1 or MIE_JVS_IN_P2. First-byte switches are start, service, directions, and push switches 1–2; second-byte switches (sw9 through sw16) are push switches 3–10.
For MIE_JVS_IN_SYSTEM, use MIE_JVS_SYS_*_BIT. For the cabinet panel, use MIE_JVS_PANEL_DIP*_BIT or MIE_JVS_PANEL_*_BIT with the matching mie_jvs_input_t value.
